In characteristic ambiance of our cellar, we propose two types of Organic Extra Vergin Olive OilTasting:

Oil Tasting
Tasting with lunch / dinner with use of local farm products
Explanation of cultivation, harvesting and pressing, accompanied by using our farm products and of other Km 0 Tuscan delicacies.
Menu:
- Fettunta, Bruschetta and Crostini Toscani;
- Durum Wheat Pasta “SenatoreCappelli” seasoned with our olive oil and shaved Parmisan cheese;
- Gran Tagliere: our own garden grilled Vegetables, local Goat’s and Pecorino cheese served with Mostarda di Cremona (spicy mustard and fruit preserve), Finocchiona (fennel scented Tuscan salami) and savory Tuscan Prosciutto;
- Cantucci and Vin Santo.
Included a bottle of Chianti Classico each 3 people.
