Oil Tasting

In characteristic ambiance of our cellar, we propose two types of Organic Extra Vergin Olive OilTasting:

Tasting Classical

Explanation of cultivation, harvesting and pressing, accompanied by a trio of crostini with Tuscan Bread – bruschetta, fettunta and grilled bread with spicy oil- and a glass of Organic Chianti Classico.

Tasting with lunch / dinner with use of local farm products

Explanation of cultivation, harvesting and pressing, accompanied by using our farm products and of other Km 0 Tuscan delicacies.

Menu:

  • Fettunta, Bruschetta and Crostini Toscani;
  • Durum Wheat Pasta “SenatoreCappelli” seasoned with our olive oil and shaved Parmisan cheese;
  • Gran Tagliere: our own garden grilled Vegetables, local Goat’s and Pecorino cheese served with Mostarda di Cremona (spicy mustard and fruit preserve), Finocchiona (fennel scented Tuscan salami) and savory Tuscan Prosciutto;
  •  Cantucci and Vin Santo.

Included a bottle of Chianti Classico each 3 people.
